Parents shall have respect towards Coaches, Officials, the opposing team and our own team.
Parents shall let the coaches coach. DO NOT coach from the sidelines. If the club has to talk to a parent about this more than once, we will ask you do not come to the games.
Parents shall refrain from using vulgar language on the sidelines. Breaking this rule can lead to removal from the venue.
Playing time is non negotiable, at the 7v7 levels, coaches will try their hardest to get all players in for at least 50% of the game. At the 9v9 level, all players will play but playing time is not guaranteed to be equal.
If parents have an issue with a coach, after the game or practice is not the time, contact the Club President or Directors of Coaches with your issue and the club will address it.
If parents have an issue with a coach, please address a director. DO NOT take the issue to social media. Bobcat United will not tolerate slander of our coaches on social media.
Parents shall let their kids coaches know if they are unable to attend a practice or game, in advanced time.
Parents shall try their hardest to make sure kids are in attendance at every practice, game & tournament.
Parents will stay on the fan sideline, they may not go to the players sideline unless of emergency or injury.
The following will NOT be tolerated at BUFC:
Parents using foul language
Parents fighting
Parents verbally or physically attacking officials
Parents showing disrespect towards coaches, officials, the opposing team, fans or our own players.
Parents complaining about playing time and lineups, IT IS THE COACHES DECISION.
Parents badmouthing our coaches, club, players or opposing clubs on social media.
